    As a personal note: I’ve been to Mario’s class a couple times; with friends of mine that are a couple. Everone who is there ends up dancing with other people besides who they may have come with; people also come solo like I did. It’s a laid back environment, and he does want you to pick up the steps and get something out of it.
    Also, wear shoes with rubber soles. They try to maintain the floors through a lot of use by preventing scuff marks from heels and such.
    It was a lot of fun!
